Wonderland

Last week I discovered a wonderland called Portland. I had a great time on the trip to the Portland and made many good memories. I was always surprised on the trip because nature, the building, and places were more beautiful than I expected. Powell's bookstore is one of my favorite places. I like reading very much so I often go to bookstores to find a good book. This bookstore is the largest independent new and used bookstore in the world, so I was really excited and enjoyed looking around. However, there was one problem for me that is the store was too big! It was difficult for me to find a book that I wanted to buy. Fortunately, a clerk showed me where I could find the book I was looking for, which helped me find it more easily. I bought some books that were novels, comics, and cookbooks. I thought that there were many kinds of books, so it was kind of a wonderland. The reason is why I think it is a wonderland is that it has many books from many countries. I can get a book I want easily, so one of the ways to learn meals from other countries is this place. In addition, I could see many people from other countries at Powell, so I also enjoyed watching people. It helped me to understand what an international city Portland is. In my opinion, Portland is a good place for me because no one cared that we were not from there, and I was glad to realize that Portland is good for people who try to live there or visitors. ANYWAY, this trip was a good experience for me! If I can go again, I would visit those same places again, which is to say that Portland is great place to visit. I enjoyed learning what Portland is. I want to go there with my friends or my family again. I'm sure they will like Portland as much as I do.
