Amazing Thanksgiving Day

Today, I went to Kate's house for Thanksgiving homestay. It was so amazing for me. First, Anita came to our dormitory, and we went to curch with har because she also went to Kate's house. I listen to various people's speeches in church with Kate and Anita. There are a lot of people who has different religions in America. It was interesting for me because I saw a man whose religion is Buddism. He said only "na myo ho ren ge kyo" which is a kind of prayer to the Buddha.

After church, we went to Kate's house. Kate has two children. They are so cute. We played UNO with them. The rules of UNO in America is a little different from those in Japan. Next, we

played "twister" game. This game is very difficult because I had to do impossible postures. After this game, we ate a Thanksgiving meal!! The turkey especially was so nice. I was so surprised because turkey had to roast about 6 hours. After that, I ate pumpkim cheese cake. It was also made by him. It was so delicious!! After we ate, we watched movie "Ice Age". Kate's son likes this movie very much, and I also like it. After we watched the movie, we went back to our dormitory.

American Thanksgiving day for me was so exciting!! I like this holiday, and I want to cerebrate Thanksgiving day again someday.
