On this day, I want to some historical places such as China town, a Chinese garden and Japanese-American memorial. I went to the Japanese-American memorial in Washington D.C, too. American people admitted that they were wrong to Japanese-American about 60 years ago. I was impressed by that. I studies history about it in Japan, but I could study it more deeply in America. In many places in America have historical places about Japanese.
After that, I had a good time to go shopping in Portland. There is no sales tax in Oregon. It was amazing for me. I bought some things, for example, clothes souvenirs. It was so fun and enjoyable. I love Portland. Also some students bought i-Pod, because there is no sales tax which was big problem for them. I was satisfied with shopping.
At night the biggest event was NBA game. I played basketball in junior high school, so basketball is one of my favorite sports for me. I was excited very much. During the game, I sometimes shouted, for example, when a player made a three- point shot. It was a wonderful game. Also the Portland won. Our mood climaxed with that.

When we went back the hotel, we were tired so we went to bed early. I think this trip was wonderful, because we could gain many new experiences in America. I really thought that it was a good ids for me to join the extension program.Extension students are great because they are positive and active. I must thank to my parents for the support.
