Fantastic Grand Canyon

I went to the Southwest trip from Monday October 15th to Sunday October 21th. I had good experiences. I went to many places on this trip, for example I went to the Grand Canyon, Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Saint Francis Cathedral,etc. I especially enjoyed Grand Canyon. I was looking forward to seeing the most. I could see three Grand Canyon. According to time, I could see different scenery.

In the morning, I watched sunrise view of the Grand Canyon was beautiful. Then I got up about at five o'clock to get ready. It was so early and cold. I could watch sky that it's getting brighter and brighter. Sky's gradation was very beautiful. I had never seen such a beautiful sky. When the sunrises, I took many pictures. When I watched the sky, I couldn't keep my eyes open with all this glare of the light. I felt refreshed.

In the afternoon, I could watch huge cliff. I was moved by huge view. The grand nature stretched as far as I could see. Because I had free time, I could go anywhere by shuttle bus. So I went to the Grand Canyon from East to West. On my way I got down bus, I walked road. When I walked, I could see good view. I thought If I lost my footing, I would fall down. Even though I was excited, I felt scared. I was walking as I enjoyed seeing landscape. I could express how magnificent I felt. I always said "That's amazing!" or I couldn't say anything. I felt satisfaction because I could see huge and magnificent view.

At night, I did star gazing with my friends. I couldn't go star gazing because it was cloudy. But I could see a lot of stars in front of lodge fortunately. I was so happy. Because it was cold, I lay down the ground. I felt the sky is closed to me. I could see the moon bigger ad bigger. When I saw stars I felt I was swallowed up in the sky. There are innumerable stars. Then I couldn't say anything. I could see shooting stars. I had never seen shooting stars before. I felt the beauty of the shooting stars. These were very big. Whenever shooting stars floated, everyone burst into cheers. Although I sometimes couldn't see shooting stars, I was happy to see big shooting star. Even though I was not cold, I was outside more than one hour after all.

At the Grand Canyon I had a wonderful time. I could see three landscape. I experienced the morning, the daytime and the night. I satisfied my experiences at the Grand Canyon. I could make precious memories. I want to go the Grand Canyon again.
