Busy Week !!!

Last week, I was very busy because I had lots of homework, a Halloween party and Bunka no hi festival. In Japan, we don't have Halloween, so I was so excited to celebrate it and wear costumes. My group mates, friends of education students and I went shopping to get some costumes for the party. I didn't find a particular costume, but I bought a red vest because I wanted to be a cowgirl. I love the movie "Toy Story 2", and I wanted to be a cowgirl, Jessie in the movie. Before we went to the party, we thought we were special because we were different from each other, we were unique and we were funny! But we were surprised to see other students in the party because they were amazingly interesting!!! There were Draculas, clowns, maids, sailor moon, etc... We were funny too but other girls were very good!! I enjoyed taking pictures with them. We danced a lot and it was so fun. We had a contest that is a competition which group is the best in costumes, then one of the education groups won. They dressed up as sailor moon and they were very good, but I thought Aiko's group was also nice. They all dreassed up as Adams Family! I loved them because they pretended to be the family harder. Anyway my first Halloween party was great!!

The next day of Halloween, we had a Bunka no hi festival. Asami and I did a speech about culture. There were many guests from elementary schools or high schools so I thought I would be nervous. While speaking on the stage, I didn't feel nervous so much. I think it's because I was tired from the Halloween night, and also I was excited to do it! Megumi and Yasuko talked with me before my speech, and that conversation was a big thing for me because it made me more confortable and feel confident. Actually I could enjoy to do a speech, but I don't want to do it for a while! Anyway it was good experience for me! I want to bring my experience to a presentation in December.
