☆Precious Memories☆

I went to South West Trip for one week from October 15 to 21. I cannot explain this wonderful trip with my words very well. Everthing which I saw was so great, and I thought that I am really happy. During this trip, I used my five sences greatly at many places, such as the Grand Canyon, Acoma school, and various restaurant.

First the Grand Canyon was pretty marvelous. It was massive, magnificent, and powerful. When I saw it, I felt nothing because it was so awesome. I felt this feeling for the first time. It was breath-taking. Moreover I thought that human beings are really tiny, and I can do everything such as things that I'm interested in, and I try to de them. I convinced that power of nature is incalculable and nature is the mother of the earth certainly. On the second day at the Grand Canyon, we had free time, so I enjoyed the Grand Canyon very very very much as I felt various feelings like I wrote already. We sang songs and took a lot of funny pictures, and didn't talk for only one munite to feel the Grand Canyon directly. When I moved with my group members, it was quite fun. Everybody had their own smile truly.

Next we had a valuable experience at Acoma school. Only native American children go to the school. First, we ate lunch with children, but I was very nervous and I didn't know how to communicate with them. However!!! They were so cute, frendly, and obedient. Thier hearts were very pure. They made me comfortable. After lunch, Mariko and I visited a six grade classroom. Then a teacher requested us to stand in front of the children and do something. The teacher said that suddenly, so we paniced a little. We introduced about oureslves, Japan, and origami. They looked intersted in Japan and us, so we could also enjoy the class. I felt like I had becoming a teacher and it was so fun for me. To visit and communicate with children of native American cannot be experience easily. This chance is so great. I really think that I am happy to visit this school.

Finally the food duirng this trip was also excellent. I ate real Mexican food at first night and we enjoyed kabab and chicken at Black Bart's Steak House. At the Steak House, we saw very pleasand dancing and heard singing during our dinner. It was nice, so I wanted to join the entirtainer too. But the best dishes for me were at Cowgirl in Santa Fe. Cowgirlis restaurant and waiters wore a hat they are cowboys and cowgirls wear and they had a T-shirts which was original T-shirs of the restaurant. The atmosphere of the restaurant was little dark, but it was so good and it made me remember westren culture. It was fashonable and I liked it. I ordered the Bourbon Salmon Platter which was glilled filet of fresh salmon based in a bourboun-glaze. The salmon was amazing. The outside of the saimon was savory and meat of the salmon was so soft and juicy. My mouth was full of the excellent taste. It was mouth-watering. I really want everybody to eat this salmon. I think people who eat the salmon alos love the salmon.

This trip was so morvelous. I saw great landscape, heard sound of south west's wind, smelled the smell of nature, tasted a lot of great food, and felt spirit of people who live in south west with my whole body. I will never forget this memories.
