Go Eagles!!!

I went to a really cool homestay a few weeks ago. This time we could watch an exciting football game at Eastern Washington university. That game was the EASTERN EAGLES vs PORTLAND STATE. It was soooooo cool!! I had never seen such a marvelous game in America. I didn't know about football at all because in Japan we can't watch a football game easily and not such famous teams. It was a very dangerous game, so during the game I saw some players get seriously hurt. I was shocked!! It was my first time to see a person get seriously injured in front of me, but the game continued. Also, I didn't know the rules at all, but we could enjoy the game because our host father works at the stadium and our host daughter knows the rules well, so they taught us how to play football and they explained the rules to us. That's why we really enjoyed the football game. It was like a movie. I have seen some movies about football or cheerleaders. Watching this game in real life seemed like a movie. In the end Eastern lost the game to Portland, but Eastern played really well. I enjoyed the fire works at the end. They was fabulous. I felt like I was in a wonderful fairyland.
